We currently do not offer next day delivery or guaranteed delivery dates.

Local pickup

We are currently offering local pickup at checkout, by selecting this option you are agreeing to collect your item from the address given. Once you have chosen this option we can not then deliver the item for you. We aim to have collections ready to pick up the next day, but please allow 48 hours. You will receive either email or text confirmation that your order is ready to collect. This service is free of charge. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 28 days return policy. The item must be returned unused and with original tags attached. Please ship the item back to the following address, 61 scholars avenue, Salford M6 8GB and include a note with you order number and reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

Please take extra care when trying on items to ensure they are not marked or come into contact with any strong smells, ie deodorant, perfumes, cigarette smoke. 
We have the right to refuse a refund if the items are not returned in the correct condition above.   

We do not offer exchanges at this time, please  return the item to us and reorder your item in the correct size on the website. 

Allow 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. 

If you receive an item that is damaged in any way upon arrival please contact Info@mini-munchkinsx.com to inform us of any issues as soon as possible.

Please note under no circumstances will delivery charges be refunded if you return an item, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item/s you have returned only.
